  • Placement of 1 sponsor-provided Beer Garden banner (3 ft. x 6 ft)

BUSINESS BOOTH | $500 (Fri & Sat)

  • 10’ x 10’ space to set up a promotion booth in main festival area (BYO logo canopy & table)

  • Logo recognition on large banner across the lower stage for prime brand exposure

  • Distribute information only (no sales or consumable product samples allowed)

  • Add $150 for placement of 1 sponsor-provided Beer Garden banner (3 ft. x 6 ft)

SUPPORTING SPONSOR | $1,500

  • Logo placement event website (www.bluesandbluesfestival.com) with direct links

  • 10’ x 10’ space to set up a promotion booth in the main festival area

  • Placement of 1 sponsor-provided Beer Garden banner (3 ft x 6 ft)

  • 2 complimentary beer tasting tickets with admission Beer Garden with unlimited craft beer tasting (Saturday only)

PRESENTING SPONSOR | $3,500

  • Sponsor special feature within an Event Zone

  • Sponsor acknowledgement for chosen feature

  • Space for additional sponsor-provided banner

  • Logo placement on the event website (www.bluesandbluesfestival.com) with links

  • Pre and post-event acknowledgment social media post (Instagram & Facebook)

  • 10’ x 10’ premiere space to set up promotion booth in vendor area

  • 4 Complimentary beer tasting tickets with admission to the Beer Garden with unlimited craft beer tasting (Saturday only)

  • Placement of 1 sponsor-provided Beer Garden banner (3 ft. x 6 ft)

TITLE SPONSOR | $5,000 (2 out of 3 available)

  • Naming rights to Event Zone
    (e.g.“ “XYZ Co. Beer Garden", "XYZ Co. Main Stage”, “ABC Co. Kidzone”)

  • Sponsorship acknowledgment by the stage announcer during the event

  • Sponsor opportunity to introduce a band on stage

  • Large sponsor-provided banner in sponsored zone

  • Space for 2 sponsor-provided banners prominently displayed

  • Logo recognition on event print materials and on the event website (with links) on the event website

  • Pre-event individual sponsor acknowledgement social media post (Instagram & Facebook)
